Linux Mint

Still using ubuntu 11.10 ok'ish for most everyday use but falls short on the too many clicks rule + accessibility . Still not a polished OS  various hangs niggles etc...
By the time you found what your looking for you forget what you wanted to do.
A Start-menu lets you click once and browse for your easily findable application / file etc.. still using cairo dock with cairo menu , keeping it simple everything in the dock.
Functionality is the keyword and not a backwards step towards a completely fubar OS.
Trembling with anticipation for the arrival of 'Linux Mint 12' , things can only get better with Mint.

Whats wanted in a Good OS

Functionality- One click browse /select/run
Usablity         - Does not break/hang/not work at all
Simples         - Even a Meerkat could use it
Point of View- Everything in one place ,a central premise
Accessibility - Ease of use for the disadvantaged

I think Linux Mint has the right idea and can only get better as testified by its growing tide of users.
